SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS
ZIERRA LEONA ships to municipalities of the Colombian territory through an independent transport company, which is duly authorized to provide such service. The municipalities located in the departments of Amazonas, Guainía, Guaviare, Vaupés, Vichada and the archipelago of San Andrés and Providencia are exempted from our coverage.
The maximum term for the delivery of the products shall be ten (10) working days, counted from the approval of the payment, as long as there is no fortuitous event or force majeure, among which are, by way of example: acts of man or nature, strikes, stoppages, revolutions, rebellion, sedition, riots, attacks, fluid cuts, landslides, earthquakes, avalanches, floods, falls of bridges, among others.
It is understood that any person of legal age who is at the shipping address indicated, is duly authorized by the customer to receive your order, so ZIERRA LEONA is exonerated from any liability at the time of delivery to be made by the carrier, as long as it is done in the shipping address registered at the time of purchase on the website.
PARAGRAPH: The carrier will make a maximum of three (3) delivery attempts of the products purchased at the shipping address registered by the customer at the time of purchase. In case the delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to ZIERRA LEONA's facilities. The customer will be contacted to schedule a new delivery.
If delivery of the product cannot be arranged, it will be stored for a maximum period of six (6) months, during which time the customer must contact ZIERRA LEONA, through the channels established in this document, to arrange for its collection at a physical point established by ZIERRA LEONA or provide a new shipping address, the costs of which will be communicated to the customer.
